Security of Your Information
In order to use the Holiday Travel Solutions Inc. or divisions thereof, system it is necessary to load your client information (e.g. name & email addresses etc) into the email database. This information may be modified or augmented to include new information (e.g. client preferences, new email addresses) by yourself or the client directly. All client information provided by you or the client directly remains your property and will not be sold or duplicated in part or in whole and used solely for the purposes of one to one marketing between you and your client. It will never be supplied to anyone outside Holiday Travel Solutions Inc. or divisions thereof without your prior consent, unless we are obliged or permitted by law to disclose it.
We will hold your information on our systems for as long as you use the service and return it should you cease doing business with us. We will ensure information supplied is held securely, in accordance with current legislation and will aim to meet current Internet best practice.

The Customer shall indemnify Holiday Travel Solutions Inc, Travelista Marketing and Travelista Marketing's successors, assigns, and licensees and hold them harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including but not limited to lawyers' fees and disbursements), judgments and penalties arising out of, resulting from, based upon or incurred because of a breach by the Customer of any warranty, representation, or agreement made in this Agreement, and specifically including the breach by the Customer of the Personal Information Protection Act, Anti-Spam legislation and regulations or any related or similar provincial or federal legislation regardless of whether or not such legislation is in existence at the time of this Agreement.
